At Yamazing, we stand behind our products with a 3-year warranty on motor and control systems. If you encounter any issues within this timeframe, our dedicated customer service team is available to assist you promptly. It's important to note that because our shades are custom made to your specifications, refunds or exchanges can only be accommodated in the event of a defect upon receipt.

We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we'll gladly replace or repair your product free of charge under the following circumstances:

  • If there's a defect in materials or craftsmanship.

  • If an issue persists even after we've provided a solution.

  • If your product was manufactured in an incorrect size or fabric, not aligning with the specifications of your order due to an error during our production process.

  • If your product sustains damage during shipping.

If you discover any discrepancies or damages within 30 days of receiving your order, please reach out to us at contact-us or directly through email contact@yamazing.com with accompanying photos for assistance.

Exclusions from Warranty

While our warranty covers most scenarios, it's important to recognize that certain situations are not covered. These include:

  • Normal wear and tear associated with regular use.

  • Damage resulting from misuse or neglect.

  • Instances of vandalism.

  • Use of incompatible devices or accessories.

  • Acts of nature such as fire, flooding, or earthquakes.

What If I want to cancel my order

Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale in the ordinary course of business. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your decisions before you finalize your purchase. We are happy to change or cancel orders as long as you contact us within 24 hours from the date and time the order was submitted to us.

We are unable to provide refunds or issue credits for credit card purchases if cancellations or changes are requested beyond the 24-hour period.

In very rare cases, delays may occur due to factors such as out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If such a delay is known, you will be promptly notified.

We retain the right to reject any order at our discretion.

What If I measure incorrectly

If you discover that your measurements are slightly inaccurate, don't worry! We'll collaborate with you to identify the best solution. If your product is too wide, there's a possibility that we can trim it down to the correct width for you at no extra cost, depending on the product, fabric, and width involved.

However, if trimming isn't feasible or if there's a different issue, such as the product being too narrow or the length being incorrect, we offer you the opportunity to purchase a new product in the correct dimensions at an additional 25% discount. This offer remains valid for 30 days after the order date and is applicable only when replacing the original window treatment purchased.

What If I don't like the product I ordered

If you receive something that doesn't meet your expectations, we're committed to resolving the issue to your satisfaction.

If there's an error in the production of your product, we'll promptly remake or repair it to your liking.

Alternatively, if you feel you've chosen the wrong product or material, we offer you the opportunity to purchase a new product at an additional 25% discount. This offer is valid for 30 days after the order date and applies when replacing the original window treatment purchased. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied, and we'll take whatever steps necessary to achieve that goal.
